Whats up guys? I have not been around for awhile but I am back. I had a couple different nagging injuries and also took sometime to clear my head. Back from the time off and it is a exciting time for powerlifting in NC. Looking at training for a meet around September, will be doing bench only June 21 in Rock Hill.
Monday Deadlift
Raw pulls no belt or etc 135x3 225x3 315x3 405x3 Extreme Pain stopped.
leg press: 6x8 45 degreeback raise with medicine ball:3x12 pulldowns: 3x12 abs: 3x15
Pain in abdomen was consistent for awhile about a month ago. Flared up during deadlifts. Later discovered I have a hernia. After discovering I had a hernia began feeling sick, woke up the next day with the flu. What a great start to the comeback.
