DE Squat
Strained a spinal erector pretty good unloading a truck at work. Cant bend over.
Tried stretching and massage. Standing abs: 1x6 no luck with back
Hopefully I can have a rehab miracle. Im listening to Slayer, Watchin the new Rob Zombie Halloween and hoping the evil will heal my back.
