Chain Squats to just below //(Only wearing a belt) 135x5 225x3 315x3 405x1 455x1 495x1 Messed around with higher chain and had form issues back to 405x3x2
Lat Pulldowns standing to Stomach: 4x8; Ab pulldowns: 2x10; Side Bends: 100lbs 3x20 Ab pulldowns: 4x20

Tate Press: 3x6 Chest Supported Rows: 6x6 facepulls: 3x12(heavy) laterals: 5x12 db cleans: 3x12
Still feeling sorta out of from the weekend. Got some volume in though.

ME Squat 3/12/07
Have 25 or so weeks to the next meet so I decided to break in my titan centurion today. Picked a number and worked up once again.
Squat(extra wide stance) 135x10 225x5 Suit Bottoms 315x3 405x3 455x3 495x3 515x3 The weight was very light and I actually had the bar flying off my back on these. I had a goal to get some technique work in and break in the suit some. I actualy stuck to the plan which I have trouble doing sometimes.
Blue Band Pullthroughs: 3x10 Back Ext.(green band): 3x8 Side bends: 120'sx10
