Got to get used to squatting and benching heavy back to back days.
2Board(raw) 135x5 225x5 275x5 315x5 Add Board 315x3 335x3 365x3 385x1 405x1 2board definately shows a weakness. I am stronger off a 1board and my chest than a 2board.
