Good looking work Brandon! I have never seen a plate loaded stone before. Where did you get that?

Thanks Guys. Its real easy Len I saw it from the diesel crew. Find an older barbell and unscrew one of the sleeves. You basically can make a plate loaded "stone" if you have bumber plates.
