open back fury on 405x1 455x1 500x1 felt good and wanted to hit this as a starting point.
chain suspended presses(lil under lockout range) 225x3 315x3 405x3 455x2
band bench rows: 3x10 band face pulls: 3x10

Then heard a "gym expert" saying that weighted abs are pointless;all abs should be done with no weight and the best ab exercise is standing side to side twists with no resistance. Im moving to Finland.
