I'M FELLING PRETTY GOOD DEREK BUT MY SUMO DEADS SUCK, I'M CONVERTING TO SUMO AND I'M HAVING TROUBLE WITH LOCK OUT AS FOR LATS ON ME DAY I JUST WANTED TO GET A LITTLE MORE LATS IN FOR STABILIZATION PURPOSES ON BENCH.

THANX DEREK ILL DO THAT, IM STILL TRYING TO GET THE WHOLE HIP POPING THING DOWN, I HAVE BEEN NOTICING THAT MY HIPS ARE A LITTLE SORE AFTER DOING ANY TYPE OF SUMO DEAD MOVEMENT. HOPEFULLY MY GAY ASS HIPS COME AROUND. THANX AGAIN!
