Do you have a vid of you benching we can see and if not post one up so we can help ya....not up on Katanas much I assume this might be a closed back?....do you follow the bar with your eyse to your chest, are you "bending the bar", pressing with your legs, bellying up, holding your air all the way through, praticing on not going for the rack when doing RAW work, holdin the bar at the top after pressing the weight, doing plenty of tri work, board work, back work, trap work, pulling your shoulder blades together? ?....just a few questions since you have not givin alot of info....
