UPRIGHT ROWS WITH CHAINS- 80 LBS OF CHAINS 4X8 THESE REALLY KICK ASS

STEVE AND I RELOCATED TO ANOTHER GYM TONITE WITH ALL OF OUR SHIT AND MADE OUR SELVES AT HOME. REALLY NICE PLACE!
