well everything went pretty good a clayton I missed both my openers but stuck with the same weight and pr in both bench and deadlift on the final attempts so now its back to training hard and it time to start squating

thats for sure, i was more impressed with your composure than anything. i know you get pissed off at a lot but you kept it together real well after your openers/learning experience.
