Barry you are a focused lifter, I dont see why you couldnt do a mid 6 or even 7 once you get it figured out....

Once you get it dialed in right you will smoke some heavy iron. When and where are you training now?

HEAVY DAY
Push Downs 15,15
Flat Bench 135 x 7 225 x 5 315 x 3 405 x 3 455 x 1 *** 475 x - Needed a tap at the chest but got lock out. 405 x 3
Push Downs 10,10,10,10
Plate Raises 8,8,8
The 455 was a 5lb. pr tonight. Might not should have went 475 but you don't know if you dont try. Might have helped to have somebody handing out that had done it before? Have to try to get some shirt work later. Tight schedule this week. Shirts a custom Rager X

Heavy RAW work
Push Downs 12,12 for warm up
Decline Bench 135 x 10 225 x 5 275 x 5 315 x 5 365 x 5 405 x 3 455 x 2 * 475 x 2** 500 x didnt happen.
Push Downs 12,10,10
Flat Flyes 40 x 10 50 x 10 60 x 7 70 x 6
I havent had time to trainin my shirt the last two weeks while Tracies working late so raw work will have to do. I hit two new PRs on the decline tonight so it wasnt a waste of time. Still would like to have got the 500 but it stalled out about 4 inches off my chest?

Louie told me on the phone once that at Westside "the one's that wore the shirt the least benched the most" out of all the different training groups. I know different things work for different people but your still working hard and getting stronger so I wouldn't sweat it much.

Took my openers for Orlando last night at ECBB. It took 665 to get close to touching so God willing thats what I'll open with. Cokers been giving me advice on my shirt and how to manipulate the neck. I'll never brag about how my trainings going but if I miss 650-700 it's not because I'm not ready for it. I haven't hit a good lift in close to 2 years now and I'm really disgusted about it. We'll see in a couple weeks I guess. I dont believe in luck but if anybody wants to say a prayer I'd greatly appreciate the help. Fuck going down there to fail!
