Shirt problems aside, you are simply amazing to watch. Amazing intensity!! Thanks for the help. The plan next week is for me to be warmed up and raw work done by the time you guys arrive. Got to get something to the chest on June 1. Hope to see you there.

Fri. night Bench night at Gym 365
w/u Push Downs 2 sets of 15
Flat Bench 135 x 7 225 x 3 315 x 3 405 x 2
2 ply shirt 550 x 2 2board 635 x 1 2board 3 ply shirt 660 x ? shirt rode up. I guess my belt wasn't tight enough. 660 x ? Joey and Rodney jacked the shirt the way it should be. I have to find "The Spot" to set my sleeves on my shoulders to allow my elbows to come down. I need to gain around 10-15lbs as quik as possible some how. Im about 197 now but Jason weighs 215 when he had the shirts made. We'll see next week.
Thanks to Lavan, and everybody @ 365 for allowing us to do what we do there. Kinda reminds me of ECBB. May have get some shirts made up if anybodys inetrested.

I need to gain around 10-15lbs as quik as possible some how. Im about 197 now but Jason weighs 215 when he had the shirts made. I have no idea what your diet is like or if you are someone who likes to eat or has trouble getting your meals in. You may want to try healthy fats from nuts: raw almonds, walnuts and pecans all work great, and as an added bonus can help raise "good" cholesterol. I get them in large bags at Costco, 2-3 lbs. depending on variety are less than $11/bag. Eat a handful (1 oz.) at least 3 times a day. If you don't have a Costco or Sam's Club membership, I can get for you. Send me a message. Peanut butter is another good food to add. I put it and a scoop of vanilla protein powder in a bowl of oatmeal and that is Travis' breakfast (I cook for Travis). Joey has tried it, too. Keep some in your bag and eat a spoonful 3 times a day. Beef should pack on some pounds. Eat it in place of cleaner proteins like chicken breast or tuna. Baked potatoes and pasta are musts for gaining, and keeping, quality pounds.
