Tendonitis is a problem. I'm trying to hold a little more fluid than normal to compensate. Feeling pretty about good about it.

Mon 10/2 Bench
Flat Bench 135 x 5 warm up 135 x 5 225 x 5 225 x 3 315 x 3 365 x 1 225 x 8 Trouble getting wrist wraps to a comfortable spot. I'll try Masons way next Mon.. Seems like it'll be easier on the scar tissue.
Plate Raises 3 sets of 25 x 10
Rope Push downs 10,12,8,8 Progressive weight gain
Incline Fly 45 x 6 50 x 6 55 x 7
Close grip bench in pin loaded machine. 10,10,8 Did these on the machine to hit the tri's w/out relying on my wrist to much for stability.
I don't see 600 anytime soon but for now I'll take a slow steady gain. The 365 tonight was 50 more than last week. I'd like to stay there and work up to a set of 5. 405 by Nov./Dec is what I'm shooting for.
Bodyweight 204 Didn't get enough calories today.
