Tues. Traps / rear delt / neck Dumbell shrugs 50 x 12 wu 60 x 12 70 x 12 80 x 10 90 x 10 Shoulder press 10,8,6,6 Rear delt machine 10,10,8 ***The machine sucks at our gym. Need to hit Mt. Airy for shoulder night. Great equipment! Plate work for neck 25 x 10 25 x 8 25 x 8 **** Need to ask Joey where he bought a neck harness Face pulls 10,10,10 All the higher rep stuff is starting to work. Noticable change in how stuff fits again. Joey told me in SC he wouldn't have recognized me after dropping so much weight. I'm working on fixing that Joeseph . Forgot to check my weight today but I'm sure it's down a couple lbs from not eating enough today. I'm still jacked about last night. Thanks to anyone that's been reading these. I'm not one to live on compliments or be an attention whore; but I appreciate the words of encouragment once in a while. May not say it often enough but I hope everyone knows it.
