Speed Day Monday night Push Downs 10wu,10wu,10,10,10,8 Speed Bench 135 x 6 135 x 8 225 x 3 speed reps for 8 sets Weighted Dips (I had to use a dip machine instead of plates.) 8 x 100lb 8 x 100lb 8 x 100lb I remember what caused my bench to go over 400 doing these. Cooked my Tri's Decline Pec Dec 10,10,8,8 Incline Dumbell Press 70 x 10 80 x 7 90 x 7 Shoulders hurt like Hell from the dips. Weighed in @ 200 even with shoes on. (Thats 15lbs in 3 weeks) I want to see 215 again

Hey bro, I enjoyed it. I feel like I have to catch another gear training with you so you don't get out of my sights. I'll probably never catch you but I'd at least like to be close. Great job BTW.

Shirt work 3 BOARD 405 tried to touch. New shirt, 3-4 inches from touching 495 x 3 585 x 3 585 x 3
Push Downs 12,10,10,8
Had to roll out early due to work. Felt good to put some weight on my hands again. Still a little unnerving to start with.

Hadn't ate good in the last couple days and it showed. There is NO SUBSTITUTE for CALORIES!
