10/22 Some raw work
3 sets of push downs to w/u
135 x 5 225 x 5 315 x 3 315+80ld chain x 3 405+80lb chain x 2 on a 4 board 405+120lb chain x 3 on a 3 board (I think thats my PR)
4 sets of push downs w/Vbar
Incline D.bell flys (only went up to 70lbs since I took last week off)
Pecs were lit up pretty bad so I called it a night.

10/23 Traps/neck/shoulders Shrugs 4 sets pull downs with lat bar only using traps 3 sets Plate raises 3 sets I used my new neck harness from APT tonight for 3 sets w/a 25lb plate Upright rows with a rope for 3 sets I friggin' love that neck harness. I'd love to add some size to my neck and traps; I think this will help with a scoop neck shirt .

Thanks James; I just have to remember to take this for what it's worth. It doesn't pay for me to follow any type of training formula. I've learned to listen to my own body and do the things that worked to begin with.

Floor Presses w/ Fat bar 115 x 5 115 x 5 215 x 3 215+80lb chain x 3 295+80lb chain x 3 385+40lb chain x 2 345+120lb chain x 1
Weighted Dips +45 x 10 +90 x 10 +135 x 10 +180 x 10 Broke the clasp on my first try. Switched out the one on the neck harness and rolled on.
Incline Flys 55 x 10 65 x 7 75 x 7
Push Downs 2 sets squeezing at the bottom to fill the tri with blood.
James I'm going back to the things I did to begin with. Weighted dips, more chain work, and plenty of trap work. As much as I hate deads; I'll do them and some ab work now. If I can add in some squats/leg work without adding body weight Im going to. The 181's are looking better everyday.
Congrats to Coker for hitting 749 at the Texas Cup this past weekend.
