TRI's / CHEST PUSH DOWNS w/"V" HANDLE 12wu 15,15,15,15 DECLINE PEC DEC 15,12,11,10 CLOSE GRIP PRESS 12,12,10,10 CABLE X OVER w/HANDLES @ BOTTOM 12,10,10 DROPSET of PUSH DOWNS w/STRAIGHT BAR around 60 reps Ordered my shirt last week from Inzer. I ended up wearing a 46 after I took my measurements. I had been in a 52 the last few months. I'm not making excuses; just stating a fact. I should have done more at Sr.'s and the last meet. I should be closer to 635-650 than I have been. We'll see in a couple of weeks.

BACK / BIS
CLOSE GRIP LAT PULLS 4 sets
COBRA PULLS 4 sets
PREACHER CURLS 3 sets
ALT. DUMBELL CURLS 3 sets
Didnt try to push it to much tonight. Just a good pump in the upper back and bis.
Thanks James. Im just tryin' to get my raw strength up while Im waitin' on my shirt to get here. Im praying I get good carryover in the 150-200lb reange out of it. I need to drop to 181 and hit a mid 600 lift to be where Id like to be. To many 700+ in the 198s now. With most meets going to a coefficient scoring it just doesn't pay to be any heavier than you have to. Look at Frankl, Luyando, or Kennelly. Their bodyfat isn't much more than some 165-181lb guys. I dont have a meet planned anytime soon so Ive got time to experiment with everything.
