I have one more workout to do before I rest for the Byrd meet. So far I am feeling good and nearly pain free in my shoulders. My left elbow is still hurting and seems to pop about 100 times a day. It only seems to hurt after the workout which is pretty good in my opinion. LOL

Sunday August 12, 2007 I’m all done with the APF Byrd Memorial that was held yesterday and I had a blast going 7 for 9, which is normal for me, and I set some new pr’s. here’s how things went:
Squat 881 – Good 925 – Miss – change of direction 925 – Good - PR
Bench 562 – Good – DD Karins 633 – Miss – Katana – not quite locked out 639 – Good - PR
Deadlift 600 – Good 644 – Good 672 – Good – smoked it! My best lift of the day - PR
I finished with a 2236 PR total; placed 1st in the 242’s and got my first best lifter award. I am sure that these PR’s are going to come to an end soon so I am going to enjoy it while I can. LOL
My next meet will most likely be in October, but I may end up waiting until December and the AAPF southern states.
