My name is Jo Jordan and I train at Orlando Barbell in Florida and compete at 242. I am 11 weeks out from the AAPF Southern States.
Bench
No one in the gym today so shirt work is out. I decided to do reverse band work instead. 135x15x2 185x8 225x6 275x5 w/ green bands 315x5 405x3 425x2 435x1
4" Lockouts 315x7 405x5 495x5 525x3 545x1 w/ 20 second hold
Floor press 225x8 275x6x2
Rope press Down 75x10x3
Time to pick up the kids.

Had to cut it short because I had to go pick up my daughter.

JM presses 135x10 225x8 275x6 315x6
Floor triceps extension 65x10 115x8 165x5 185x3
Side Laterals 35x10 45x8 55x8
Rear delt pulldowns 135x10x4
Reverse wrist curls 45x10x4
Next week I plan to go up in weight on the speed bench. Either more chains or more bar weight. The 185 felt too light today. Maybe it was just a good day.

it was a great workout this morning. i have a new training partner for my 5 am sessions and he brings a lot of energy into the workouts. they go quick and are much more energetic.

Welcome Jo yeah I know it's a later one, also I may be seeing you the FL meet scene around March. I will be relocating to MacDill AFB Tampa FL.
