9/14/06 back & speed pulls
pull downs 180x10x2
speed pull (conventional) 135x8 225x5 315x3 365x3 425x1x6 30 sec. rest
suspended good mornings (SS bar) 155x8 245x8 295x8
low pulley rows 225x8x2 235x8
Purple band high pulls 10reps x 3sets
ABS (sit-ups) 3 sets of 12 holding 40# medicine ball
I felt a little down and out today. The energy just wasn’t there, but I kept going with help from my training partners. I am planning on taking a long nap today in hopes of getting caught up on my sleep. Maybe then my energy will be back for my shirt work tomorrow.

You are a strong dude. it was a great workout this morning. i have a new training partner for my 5 am sessions and he brings a lot of energy into the workouts. they go quick and are much more energetic. I am sure that will make a huge difference. It is always nice to have someone who shares your enthusiasm.
