Nice speed day Jo....what is a floor extension?.... i saw it on the kennelly dvd. it's basically a french press or nose breaker, but you are on the floor and you let the bar rest on the floor above your head after every rep. i wasn't sure what to call it.

I know all about some elbow pain bro, but fret not, I found some shit on Elite Fitness that works great....Ox turned me on to it and now I swear by it....I rub it on my bows before working out and put on my elbow sleeves and the shit goes to work!....Horse linament in the black bottle....try it....

Great squat day dude. I'm afraid your a little confused though, my ass is way behind!!! I've been tossing around using my knee wraps in training. Whats your thought's, pro's or con's?

Whats your thought's, pro's or con's? i'm all for it. i will use a light wrap for sub-maximal weights and then get tighter as the weight gets heavier. i just like the idead of some support there. i've seen too many knees collapse w/out knee wraps.
