Hi Jo
Greatings from england, I have been looking at your log for a while. Could you suggest a routine for a three day spilt as i am going to busy over the next few months with work. Also could you suggest what assistance excercises on what day, any help would be good. Keep posting up your videos as they are inspiring. Thanks again

I had no motivation to train today and felt drained. Normally we would do shoulders and grip work, but Tug wasn’t feeling it either. I think the hard work from Saturday and Sunday was still lingering on our cns. I sure Thursday will be much better.

Huge lifts, Jo. How's the Titan gear working out for you? I squatted in a single ply Titan today and loved it. Different fit in the hips suits me well. Never had the straps up, though.
