You like those statis holds?....Kyle had talked to me about doing these and I am leaning towards them to help my stability with heavier weights....

Yea I like them I need to get used to feeling heavier weights and need a ton of work with stability. I had a couple good sets yesterday but alot of them were all over the place, I scared my partners and had to hollar at them a couple of times to keep them from taking it. I have a long way to go before getting any good with the shirt.

Squats touch and go box squats in power pants 315x3 315x4x5 each set got easier had plenty of gas at the end could have gotten more
Static holds 505x23 sec 545x16 sec Bar was set up low, thats the unfortunate thing to having training partners 10" shorter than you, had to half squat these up. On the first one I held my breath a little to long eyes started rolling back and legs buckled after setting the bar down. Second one was really a bitch

The way I've been wearing it pulled down all the pressure has been right underneath the pecs tonight it was on the pecs right above the nipple and it hurt like hell. Also there is a lot of excess sleeve bunched up at my elbow its in the video Ray told me to cut off the excess, I ain't cutting nothing till I get some more opinions on it.

Last night was some lame ass light weight bencing 10 sets of 10 and never broke a sweet not worth posting (I normaly leave a puddle on the bench)

Touch and go box squats with briefs 275x3 315x3 345x3 Added Hardcore single ply straps down 345x3 didn't quite make it to the box the pressure on my lower abdomin was unreal 355x3 made the box pressure wasn't noticed as much 365x3 damn these were easy came up with good speed 365x0 got pinned to the box think I went loose when I got down 365x2x3 easy weight I was pleased with the suit, didn't have to fight it to much, kept good form through the whole workout

Got to the gym stressed out started to skip the workout thought about leaving the whole time I was on the treadmil warming up, glad I didn't another good squat workout. If only my bench workouts would go like this.....

Lifting by myself tonight it might be like this for a while. My training partners squat on wednesday night and this just hasn't been working out for me. They deadlift on Friday night and thats just no good for me, not enough recovery time and Fridays are just to busy for me. I've been saying I'm going to deadlift on the weekend but I've deadlifted maybe 4 times since March so looks like I might be on my on unless they want to adjust their schedule
Squats raw ATG narrow stance 225x3x5 I haven't done these in a while and it showed 345x5x3 has been no problem wide stance in briefs to parallel but these few sets felt kinda heavy and killed my hams and glutes.

Its been forever since I've pulled deadlifts so tonight instead of squating I deadlifted. Eventually I'll get my schedule straightened out
Sumo double over 315x5 365x3 Conventional hook grip 405x1 felt good so I decided to see where I was at 455x1 little slow 475x4" dropped it turned around took one step and fell flat on my face lights out! Kinda pissed at my self I pulled 485 in Feb easily setting up for 500+ at the meet but there again its been 4 months since I pulled heavy and regular so I guess it's not too bad for slacking
