Thanks Breaker, It is waaaayyyyyyyy to big should have sent it back for a smaller size I can put the thing on in about 5 seconds by my self. Didn't know anything about shirts and all my training partners were on odd schedules when I got it so no one was around to tell me. Its been about 2.5 to 3 months since I got it so I doubt Brent will swap it out now even though I've only been in it about 3 or 4 times. Guess I'll get it altered but otherwise I love it,

Squat with briefs, reverse #4 bands, box touch and go bands took off about 50lbs at the bottom and were loose 3/4 of the way up 275x5 315x1 fell back after lock out 365x3 380x2 405x1 wanted another but they put the pins in before I get it 265x2x3 380x3 380x1 380x3
Leg press 400x20 300x2x8 3 second pause at bottom
GHR variations 10lbsx3x8 drop weight +4
Rev leg ext. 2x failure
Very happy with tonights workout, great effort came close to passing out several times and close to hurlage on the GHR.

Squats touch and go on the box with briefs & belt 300x5x5 Squating with a very wide stance now found that if I point my toes out past 45 its easier to hit depth but now I'm having a hell of a time keeping my knees out. Their were wobbly as hell while squating tonight

didn't like the briefs with deadlifting made it more of a bitch, going to run with out them of DLs for a while. 1st dl pull this month 2nd in the last 3 months, it showed, I done got weak again
GHR 2x8 didn't really feel like these today kinda half assed it. lifting by myself sucks no motivation

Got the shirt altered last weekend them bitches are good and tight now had to use plastic bags to get the sleeves up, took a hell of alot of pushing and pulling to get it on. When I put my wrist wraps on felt like my veins were going to explode. Taking it off was an ordeal too. I think it might be tight enough now!
