I'm back finally, it seems something has been hurting everyday lately, back, heel, ankle. Don't have a clue where the body weight is, eating has been **** lately.

Incline plate load machine 160x2x10
Shoulder press plate load machine 160x10 170x8
side lateral machine 60x2x25
over head db extentions 50x15 55x15
tried to do some dips but could only do a few the first set and none the second I was finished

Been extremely busy with the kids lately they've had gymnatic shows, award banquets. I've got a lot of shit going on again next week won't lift much if any. Skipped the studing tonight and went in and lifted. Got there a little late and my training partner was finishing his last set of Deadlifts so I joined in for some accesory work
hit a couple of lite squats while Ray was getting out of his gear.

Don't really know yet I've already paid for Wills meet in September so I'll definately be there, I haven't decided if I'm going to do Kyles meet yet my training has been screwy lately.
5-4 Friday BW 228
Bench in Rage X Didn't go to well tonight, last time everything felt good (except the elbow), weight came down good went up good tonight was crap, did alot of belly benching the first couple of sets and didn't get anything out of the shirt slow press going up. I tried pulling the shirt up in the front a little got in the groove but the left shoulder was giving out quickly.
Warm ups
Add shirt 315x1 belly bench 335x1 not quite as low but still out of groove 345x0 elbow kicked out on me and I lost it pulled shirt up in front some 325x2 couldn't lock the left arm out on the 3rd 325x2 same as above 315x2 dido called it left shoulder was getting sore, shoulder issues on the last 3 sets right side felt good left just didn't feel right from the start
Db bench elbows out 65x10 found out gym was closing in 5 minutes skipped the rest
Cable push downs 140x15 150x7 140x8 130x9
Short but sweet

5-15 Bw 222 after 4 days of shitting and puking my brains out
Using a getto style mono lift tonight but it worked Box squats paused 185x5 225x5 245x5 didn't know what to expect tonight with my lack of training schedule lately and being sick the last 4 days took it easy
Static holds with bar set just above navel level for a bottom up 1/2 squat and hold at the top 405x1x30sec hold 500x1x25sec hold never have had more than 405 on my back didn't expect to get the 500 off the rack, just getting over being sick I was surprised
GHR variations 4x10
Leg press deep pause at bottom 300x12 350x10 400x8
Leg curls 160x7 140x2x8 Hobbled my ass out of the gym, its Miller time

I'll disappear again in 2 weeks going on vacation but I'll try and find a gym. The condos gym has a bunch of 30 to 40 year old machines and no squat rack
5-16 bw 226
Bench in Rage X Warm up sets raw 4 board and shirt 275x5 315x5 345x3 misses first over throat second belly bench third right in the groove but was too worn out to lock out 345x2 and an assisted 3rd 365x0 tweaked the elbow again had to call it quits for the night
What I learned tonight when the elbow isn't feeling 100% don't be a dumb ass. My joints aren't ready yet for 365 this is the second time trying this and screwed the elbow up both times
