3-22 Thursday BW:231 Some how some way I didn't gain a ton of weight cause I've been eating like shit this last week
Well one week off turned into two weeks, I needed it! Stayed light on everything tonight took it easy since first day back.

On the way to the gym noticed a sharp pain on the outside part of my heel walked in the gym limping on that foot went ahead a squated anyway
Wide squats 135x8 185x5 225x3 narrowed stance added belt 275x1 315x1 3" high hamstring started cramping up stretched out a bit 315x1 burried
Box squat parallel 225x5 rested too long hamstrings were all cramped up called it quits

Pulled out the PVC pipes tonight, haven't used these since last summer 4" and 6". 4" wasn't enough 6" was too much ass would even begin to come any where near touching, next week I'm going to wrap a towel around the 4" pipe and tape it up

Working and that arch can be painful process Trea, just be sure to do it little at a time. Also Brent Mikesell is a real cool dude to deal with, anytime I have bought Inzer equipment it has been through him.

Tried out the new gear tonight did a little of everything
Deadlift with power pants rolled down (not by choice gut makes them roll down when I squat down or bend over) Sumo 135x10 225x5 275x2 Roll belly up add belt loose 315x1 Conventional stance 365x1 405x1 Not really useing the briefs tried but still using more back
Squat with briefs 225x5 Add squat suit straps down 275x1 Straps up 315x0 poor form knees came forward to try and get depth, didn't fight the suit 365xhigh I think I was scared of the weight rack was set too high had the bar up to high on my shoulders, can't feel the bar get into the groove on my back
Briefs and suit seem to be fine with fit could have pulled the briefs up a little higher but just couln't get them up any higher just wouldn't go
Bench I just benched Tuesday night so I was a little sore 135x10 185x5 225x1 Add bench shirt 4 board 275x1 terible elbow position to touch 275x mile high 315x0 Wobbley as hell coming down, got it to touch couldn't believe it touched and then dumped it coming up. At first Al and Mike both thought the shirt was too loose, its loose in the sleeves big time (damn small ass arms), but afterwards they both thought it was ok I'm undecided on weither I should drop down a size on the shirt I didn't expect 315 to touch 4 boards
What do I think of the gear, The Shirt kicks Ass! Like the nice red bruises on my tris/shoulders too! I liked the power pants for squats but my form is sucking on deadlifts using way to much back so it didn't do any good Sqaut suit.... it was alright got to get used to it.

135x10 185x5 225x1 Add single ply Rage X 4 board 275x1 good pull to touch 300x3 not much pull to touch 315x3 almost no pull to touch, L elbow a little sore 3 Board 340x1 failed on second attempt just couldn't get it up, L elbow sore 2 Board 315x1 pulled my ass off to touch, Should have quit here elbow big time sore I'm a dumb ass 1 Board 340x0 pulled my ass off and dumped on belly, called it quits and threw a bag of ice on the elbow
Abs machine crunch 2x25 1x50 drop set I love this shirt, my joints aren't used to these weights my tris and under my pits look like I've been beat with a whip but I fukin love it!

Took it easy tonight I feel all beat up elbow still bothering me, knees a little screwed up from GHRs Monday, tired and feel run down.
Rack deads just below the knee Several sets of warm ups 365x2x5
Hang cleans couple sets of warm ups
Plate load machine lat pull down couple of sets to find the right weight 170x2x8
