Deads 135x10 225x5 315x3 365x1 405x1 heavy 445x1 ugly 480x1 Grinder, Straight up nasty looked painful looking back on it, should have never gotten it, but 5lb pr Didn't feel any pain in thumbs with hook grip didn't spend alot of time setting up the grip either just grabbed it and pulled. Couldn't get the new belt very tight, might stick with my old flimsy one for the meet. Back is fried now!
Thats it shut it down till the meet!

I'm praying that I still get to go to the SC meet Saturday, my 2 year old has had the dukes and the pukes since Saturday. My 4 year old started throwing up an hour ago and I just cleaned up vomit from my six year old. And now my wifes claiming she's feels sick.
Somebody shoot me!
I'm finding it hard to eat with all this vomit! 2-21

We checked out of the hospital at 11, I was in the gym at 1, you couldn't tell that my little girl was ever sick now.

OH yea, my training partners went on and on about what an awesome meet it was yesterday. They were amazed at the help they recieved from everyone and the advice they were given and how friendly everyone was. Will put on another great meet, I'm hate that I missed it.

Ordered my singleply RageX bench shirt, single ply Hardcore squat suit, and double ply power pants last night. Should have the RageX by the end of the week and the rest will be here next week.

****ty night in the gym tonight everything felt heavy couldn't move **** for wieght. Been under alot of stress last couple of weeks with family being sick job interviews and starting a new job next week. I guess all that had alot to do with it.

Sumo Deads 135x10 225x8 315x5 365x2 315x5 Its been a while since I've pulled sumo and it showed 365 felt extremely heavy, felt form going on the second rep so dropped weight. I was feeling wore down tonight and definately not a 100%. Good news is it didn't hurt getting down into sumo position like it used to.
Good mornings 135x8 185x8 felt like shit so left it with that wanted to call it quits and go home but hung around for more

Been feeling run down and feeling pretty much like shit lately so I backed off on the weights tonight and worked on speed and form

Had a huge refeed day Saturday waffles for breakfest frenchfries for lunch large cookie dough blizard that afternoon gigantic coke and large popcorn at the movies and a box of girl scout cookies before bed. Damn I miss eating like this. Alright back to a cheat meal ever now and then.
