Well here it is, nothing impressive to it, no big numbers, but its my training log I've got plenty of heart and John Pinder as my trainer so the numbers will come.
My stats I'm 32 6'-2" currently 260
I'll back this up to my 1st workout in Aug.
8-3
Back in the gym today but I don't think I recouped from Sundays 4 hour workout with John.
Decline Bench pinkies on rings 295x3 295x3 front delts feel a little sore at this point think I'll cut it a little short
Birdie on ring 285x3 front delts a little worse but that set went ok 295x1 spotter screwed me up on the hand off 295x1 front delts are really fried I think it best to leave it right there and skip the last 3 sets of bench and shoulder work
Tricept pushdowns (figured I'd do some tricept work since I had to cut bench and shoulders short) 80x3x20
Band Pull aparts #4 x3x20
I'll see how tomorrow goes with deads my legs are still pretty sore from Sunday, John kicked my arse!

Thanks Joey, oh trust me its rough getting up at 4am soon to be 3:45 gotta back it up somemore running late everyday for work, good thing they don't care and don't notice. Its the only way I can stay consistant, the heat takes to much out of me to lift in the afternoons and I have my kids while my wife goes to school in the evening.
8-10 Weighing in at 260 today hmmm.... time to get back on that tread mill 45 minutes treadmill 3.6
8-11
Back not to happy with todays workout,
10 minutes treadmill 5 minutes stretching
Conventional deads from 3" blocks w/u 135x10 225x5 275x5 315x2
w/s 375x3 added belt and straps. Lost my wind being bent over wrapping the straps and took forever to get my feet in position by the time I got to the 3rd rep I had no wind at all left and let it go
375x0 dropped the straps, I started tipping over to the side while pulling don't know what happened I was lined up on the bar and the weight was right.
375x2 Too much shit in my head now and I was feeling a burn in my groin let it go on the 3rd rep
315x5 Dropped the belt wasn't going to give up yet had to get 1 good set in. Everything felt fine this set.
GHR full range x8 snake strike x8 (these killed my hams) bend at waste x10
45 hyper #4 band x 12 drop band + 8 #4 band x 11 drop band + 9
Seated rows 180x2x6
Face pulls 160x2x6
Machine curls 50x20 70x12
Db curls 35x12 35x12
Cybex ab machine 130x20 140x20 140x20
Db snatches 40x10 each arm 55x8 each arm

Back attack 220x15 didn't have much left 220x12 even less
abductor 170x16+5+4

Seated calf raise 180x2x20

Could you please tell me what GHR means...I feel kinda silly asking but I have never heard any of these terms... Glute Ham Raise here's a vid www.teamsniffy.com/videos/videos/ghr%20variations.wmvI'm the only one in my gym that does them that I've seen, everyone else uses the equipment for situps. So no its not a silly question, the guys in the gym joke around with me calling it the Jeff Gordon exercise
