Major volume on that workout Stuk! Yep I think John is trying to kill me, my biggest problem with my weak squats is getting the chest up coming out of the hole so he's has me nailing my back side

I'm wiped out, my back sore hip hurts but it was a damn good session.

Today my hip was killing me had to go get stretched out, relieved it a little but still bothering me, I wish this crap would quit its getting old, guaranteed to bother me every Monday and Friday

Thanks Joey, when that alarm clock goes off at 3:45 I have to ask myself what am I doing up this early, then I think about my goals and I get my arse outta bed and go move some weight. Saturday 8-19 Cardio 2 hours moving dirt Sunday 8-20 Cardio 3 hours moving dirt (piles done thank God!) Sled should be dropped off today, I'll start pulling it this week

With the recent jump in weight I sat down last night and refigured my diet, I was quite a bit over with everything. With the changes there and getting back started on cardio it should slow down and I should drop some fat.

Burnt the piss out of my hand last night working on my sled, got it done but at the cost of about a 1 1/2" blister on the palm of my hand. Wasn't sure if I'd be able to lift today
Wednesday 8-23
Got up this morning hand was a little sore thought of Johns words of encouragement, "you have to work around your injuries", took a needle busted the blister drained it and headed for the gym.
10 minutes treadmil and stretching
Paused Decline bench close grip, hands about thumbs length from the inside edge of the kurling
w/u 45x20 elbow was sore pulled out the ace bandage out my bag of goodies and wrapped it up, "you have to work around your injuries" figured I'd take it easy today..... Not!.... Well sorta heavy for me anyway 135x10 185x5 235x5x5
Standing Mil press Did take it easy on these though, no thrust to get the weight started just slow and easy pressed it up figured it'd be bad on the elbow to thrust it up 135x2x5
Band pull a parts These fuckers did hurt like hell on my hand with the rubber band stretching on the blisted area, wrapped a towel around my hand and kept on #4band x2x20
1 arm Db shoulder press 55x2x8
Workout seemed kinda short so I added in some trap bar shrugs, hope it was ok Boss. Shrugs (trap bar) 135x20 185x2x20
