well i guess I`ll spell the beans just got back from a meet i did with my old lifting coach in PA squated 880 benched 600 pull 705 finally pull over 700 in a meet total 2185 no bad weight in at 193 last full meet was two years ago senoir`s were i totaled 1918 so we put on 267 lbs on my total I guess i should have left that old gym a long time ago it was just a local meet in my old home town about 15 lifters i just guest lifted and it was a blast the most fun I`ve ever had at a meet in 10 years nothing planned just went and did it i don`t know my next meet but I`ll be in the 181`s then
