135-10 225-5 315-5 405-5 455-5 495-5 525-3 545-3 575-3 605-3 all sets done raw just a belt 605 was easy to I`ll beat 670-1 will fall in a week or so inner -outters ham cruls calfs bells swings with 105 bell ab wheel call it a day new gym is making a big change in all my lifts to let all know I hit 605-2 off one board last week too I SHOULD HAVE MADE THIS MOVE YEARS AGO NOTHING LIKE WASTING MY TIME WITH POEPLE WHO KNOW NOTHING ABOUT TRAIN 5 YEARS DOWN THE SHITTER
