i will strat posting agian got a little lazy I`m back to training myself agian just to many pussy at my gym sick and tried of helping poeple then getting fuck over so no more strat training for nat so I`ll keep posting (I HATE PEOPLE WHO USE OTHER GOES AROUND COMES AROUND)

boxes sguats 3" below 135-12 225-10 315 4 sets of 2 355 4 sets of 2 385 4 sets of 2 all sets are done with 60 sec rest total of 12 sets inners and outers leg cruls 3 sets of 6 calfs 3 sets 10 45 degree back with two strong bands abs with the wheel of death 5 sets 8 holding for a 3 count
