Hey Brett, good luck on the rehab. The new gym will be done in mid october, we want to get you down there to take us to school one weekend if you can. Jonathan had talked about a grand opening with you, Joey and all the guy's that can come for a big throw down! I'll give you a call soon just to check in.

sguat 415x6 no belt 435x6 belt 455x7or8 wade know i lossed count sled work 1340 3sets of 8 inners and outers abs with the bands everything feels good

joey lay on a decline ab bench with soneone behind you let them put the band under there feet and spread them apart then you reach back and grab the band pull it to your chest and do sit ups the more the person spreads there feet the tighter the band tension is there great man

bench day 135x 10 135x 8 mini band 155x8 " " 185x8 " " 205x5 " " decline 225x3 sets 8 delt side raise 3 sets 20 70lbs tris v-bar push downs 180x8 200x8 220x8 rolling revres tris 3 sets 25x8 biceps 7-ups 1 set hammer cruls 3 sets 30lbs shoulder is feeling good I`m happy with everthing so far will see what happens

well I think I`ve come to the end of the road with my lifting just to much going on right now I wish everyone the best thanks for being good freinds and hepling me out along the road I wish everyone the best stay health and you`ll go a long way in this sport GOOD LUCK TO ALL TADPOLE
