3RM pinky on the ring bar x 10 x 2 sets 75 x 3 85 x 3 95 x 3 105 x 3 115 x 1...almost 2, got out of groove at the bottom of the second one and needed a little help in the middle.
Floor press w/ 30lb of chain on all sets bar x 3 65 x 3 85 x 3 95 x 2 105 x 0 105 x 1
Close grip BP w/ ez curl bar 55 x 6 65 x 6 75 x 6 85 x 6

Open squat...briefs & belt bar x 8 145 x 3 205 x 3 245 x 3
Sumo DL off floor, straight weight 95 x 6 135 x 3 185 x 3 205 x 1 225 x 1,2,1...worked on form 235 x 1 245 x 0...just not quite strong enough 185 x 8
Extra wide sumo DL 135 x 10,10,10

Flat, comp grip bar x 10 x 2 sets 75 x 5 95 x 5 115 x 3 1 Board 135 x 0...to big of jump 125 x 2...PR 125 x 1...much better, I quit thinking 2 board 135 x 3...PR 145 x 1...PR 155 x 0 3 board 155 x 2/3...PR,needed a little bump off the board to get started
Tricep ext 4 sets
I'll finish accessory work in the morning.

6/14 M/E Squat, Dead-lift
open squat w/ bar...just to get core temp up 2 sets x 10
Dead-lift off floor against bands...all bands were doubled and choked at each end 135 x 5 x 2 sets...no bands(warmup) 135 x 2 x 2 sets w/ 1 mini per side 135 x 1 w/ 2 mini's per side 135 x 0...but close, w/ 1 mini & 1 monster mini per side 135 x 1 x 2 sets...both good! w/ 1 mini & 1 monster mini per side.
Open squat, Moderate stance (deep) w/ SSB...for reps 115 x 10 155 x 8 155 x 10...the deal was, if I did 10 Greg would let me call it a day since I was doing my accessory work with a friend from work later ;D.

2 Board press...comp grip 95 x 3 115 x 3 x 2 sets...1st set was a little ugly but cleaned it up on the 2nd! 95 x 10
Out of time and gas, had alot to do this morning and didn't eat well so I called it a day.

Rev-band Bench...same set-up that Greg used the night before. 95 x 5 115 x 5 135 x 3 165 x 3 185 x 1...PR, Fast! 200 x 1...PR 185 x 5
Decline's w/ mini...end of bar, under bench to other end of the bar. Pinky on the ring 55 x 5 75 x 5 x 3 sets
