Thanks guys! We all had a great day on Saturday and I am proud of all the lifters!! Cheryl, I am very impressed with your strength and ability...you are going to ROCK in nationals! Keep us posted! It was really great to see everyone. Brett, thank you so much for driving down to help and thank you for all the advise and pointers you gave me during the meet. I'm surrounded by the best! Joey, it was great to see you again and as usual, I enjoyed watching you lift. To my team mates....we did it again!!! Way to represent Team Torture!! All of the hard work paid off!! Now let's get stronger!!!

Thanks, Sharon. You have such a great team to train with! There's only a handful of us in Mocksville, unless we import some from Nebo! But I think the meet generated a lot of interest in our area. I'll be back in the gym this week, working mainly my pathetic bench. Dr. Gray says I can resume max squats soon, so it's something to look forward to. Stay strong and in touch!

Sharon watching your progress has been awsome!....Your meets have become PR busting jubalees!....Greg is a lucky man....which you alrady know that!....great seeing you as well....thanks for letting him come down and lift with us once a month as well....it will do me good to see that lil fine tan ass of his a lil more often!....keep posting so we can continue to be in awh of your leeps and bounds....congrats on your great day....
