im a little beat up so ill coast a bit and then hit it hard again.
sciatic stretch is to hard to describe. its just a stretch using the 35# kettlebell.

5/29/05 mon: squats narrow stance 415# x 5, 505# x 5 front squats 405# x 3 ad/abductors 230# x 30ea. ghr variations 3 sets to failure calves 2 sets to failure kettlebell 70# 1 arm swing 3 x 16reps 35# windmill 3ea. 35# lying sciatic stretch 3ea.
