back to the doc tomorrow. d**n thing may be infected. hopefully i can get some good news and get a training day in soon. 7 days with no lifting is killing me

4/27/06 thurs: seated cable rows narrow grip 2 x 10reps face pulls wide grip 240# x 10, 255# x 8 kettlebell work, cleans 2 x 5reps, snatches 2 x 5reps, 1 arm swings 2 x 5reps
fianlly got to train again. had to lay off lower body stuff cause of the inscission not fully healed up but did whjat i could. 8 days off. ugh!!!
first time working with kettlebells. i really liked it. looks like we'll be incorporating these for a while. good cardio condition and working lots of stabilizers. i wasnt able oto do much of the stretching the guys were doing with them but hopefully i'll be 100% again in a couple of weeks and can ad that in as well.

Hey just wing it back John and you will be back to normal in no time. Also I read allot of training logs using Kettlebells and from what I have read they seem realy effective. Anyways good to see you back in action, just take it easy.

Good to see you back dad....nice work as well....boy I have not seen standing military presses in a while....how ya feeling?.... i feel good. ass is still sore but its healing nicely. hope to squat monday. we'll see how it goes. i added in militaries after reading some of the logs of a few big benchers. noticed several of them doing these so........... we'll see what happens.

Like your combo there John! I dig the military presses myself and thing they have been working well on strengthening my shoulders.

5/01/06 mon: reverse leg extensions w/#4 band 2 x 30reps ea. kettlebell work, 1 arm swings 70# 3 x 8reps ea, 1 arm snatch 53# 3 x 8reps ea.
skipped squats and accessory work. hope to be 100% by thursday's deads or next monday's squats.
