5/04/06 thurs: ghr variations 3 x 8reps seated cable rows narrow grip 300# 2 x 10reps face pulls wide grip 255# x 10, 270# x 8 kettlebells: 1 arm swings 70# 3 x 8reps ea., 1 arm snatch 70# 2 x 6reps ea.
got my stitches out today. laid off deads and hope to be 100% by monday's squats.

5/05/06 fri: raw 4 bd w/bands. 135# + (#4 + #2) bands dbld 3 x 3reps standing military press 225# 2 x 5reps seated ab machine 110# x 50, 130# x 50
slightly overtrained on bench stuff. ill skip one bench day next week.

(marc brantley has an article about deadlifting which goes over them breifly). brett been kinda training us on them so im not well versed to give advice on them. i only know a few exercises. however im sure you can google it and find plenty of info. donnie thompson and marc brantley use them extensively. i can tell you this. they tear my back side up. you wouldnt think swinging a 70lb cannon ball around would work you like this but it does. they have a 88lber and 106er but we dont have those "yet". im sure its in the near future. il try, and have tried, anything to increase my strength. these are definatley here to stay. www.dragondoor.com/success_stories/DonnieThompson.htmlwww.bodybuilding.com/fun/bbinfo.php?page=Kettlebells

Like your plan John like I said earlier allot of guys have been using Kettle Bells in there training plan. I would get them myself but I thing Tampa Barbell has them, so I will luck once in the area. I checked out there site www.tampabarbell.com/ also there is another Barbell in the Tampa area but there do not have a site right now. Either way once I am back state side plan on using these in my training.

theres a possiblity i may be doing a strong man 7/29. so you may notice a difference in my training for a while.
