Nice work John, I don't know about you but I have both versions of the Rage X also. What I am finding is the none grid is better on touching at the stomach area and my Grid just wants to come almost strait down. Are you have similar results are just my Grid Stitch a odd-ball shirt?

the stock shirt definately tries to get it too my belly. im not a belly bencher. the grid stitch was easier to get it up higher. may be something to it.

thursday 4/12/07 5pm reverse hyper, 2 green bands + 8plts, 4 x 10reps ghr variations, 3 sets db shrugs/grip work, 150's 4 x 15reps 1 arm band rows, 15reps ea arm.
