2/15/07 thursday sumo deads full gear, 750# miss reverse hypers, 2 green bands, 400lbs 3 x 10rep ghr 2 sets to failure 1 arm rows w/band 2 x 15reps
messin w/hook grip again. 645 went up nice. 750 slipped out so i switched to over/under and missed it right at lockout. deffinately gonna switch back to hook grip to get my bar path straightened out, just needs a little more work. little or no pain, they numbed up quickly this time.

workout got interupted, so thats the lack of work sets on squats.
