8-8 squats off 15" box x3 315,355,385,x1 425,455,500 hack squats x8 180,270,300 ghr 3x8 shrugs 3x8 w 405, alot of abs the 500 box squat was a 50 lb pr for me goal is 600 then start putting on equipment this is week 2 with no pain finally.Littleman

8-10 hammerstrength bench 5x8 w 200,push downs 4x8 w 100,tbar rows close grip 3x8 w 135,low back raises 3x8 no weight,then abs really quick,but effective.littleman

8-14 incline x5 225,245,265,x3 285,315,x1 355, hammer strength rows x8 270,320,320 db exts x8 45,50,55,55,front db raises 3x8 w 40,had to make it quick I had to help my wife out at school moving furniture.Littleman

8-22 was going to squat heavy but got stood up that really sux pulled off the floor 5x5 w 405 then did 15"box squats 3x5 w 365,3x8 on GHR,rev.shrugs 3x10 w 275,few curls 5x8 ,then abs.Littleman
