4-13 Did speed bench with purple bands Dbl 8x2 with 185 bar WT,then pin presses with 3 inch lock out 425x3 455x3 485x3 515x1 550x1 575 almost but real soon.Tricep pushdowns 90x8 100x8 110 x8 110x8 T-bar rows 3 sets of 8 135 160 180 lots of abs.I am only doing a three day week workout for now soon will go back to 4 days.Littleman

Sounds like a great bench workout Lynn....Who and where are you training at now?....do you like those pin presses?....glad to see you back lifting and glad to have you posting your log as well bro....Also I thought that it was great of you to come to GCBB APF Meet and help out as long as you could bro....

I am training at Jack Kings real old school,but that's what I need right now.I enjoyed helping out at the meet wish I could stay longer,but work get's in the way of play time,congrats on that 700.Littleman

4-17 Raw bench sets of 5 275 305 320 335 then paused 365 for 1,incline db;s 110x8 120x8 120x8 nautilus dips 3 sets of 8 with 50 lbs attached pulldowns 3 sets of 8 w 180 pushdowns 3 sets of 8 w 90,110,120 straight bar curls 5sets of 5 w 115 I know curls are not real popular in powerlifting,but change is good sometimes then alot of abs Weight is coming down to 203 this morning.Littleman

Nice RAW benching Lynn....I like doing things a lil different too bro....I still do some bi work but very light because too much bothers my elbows....nice work....those incline DB I need need to do some of those myself have not done those in awhile....

Tuesday's squats went like this all raw 365x3,405x3,425x3 leg curls 3 x8 120,130,140 leg ext 3x8 w 150 then straight bar shrugs 4x8 315 365 385 405 no straps trying to work on grip.Rear delt work w DB's 3x12 w 25 then did alot of heavy ab work 4x10 on decline bench w 55 db then leg raises w 45 db 3x10.Then went to Golden Corral for lunch.Littleman

4-24 Did incline sets of 3 245 275 300 then 330 x1 nautilus dips 5x8,lying db ext 6x6 w 45 55 60 65 70 70 then sit down rows 3x8 w 245 lots of abs weight is up to 209.Littleman
