5-9 deadlifts did singles 405 455 500 525,ghr 3x8 leg press x5 12 plates 14 plates 18 plates 20 plates,shoulders press 3x8 w 190,then more abs.Littleman

5-15 raw bench x5 295,315,340 then x1 390 and FINALLY 400 for a single weighed 207,then weighted dipsx8 60,60,70,70,70 db exts on incline x6 50,60,60,65,65 then db rows x5 105 120 135 160 160 used a strap for 160's abs on stability ball w 25 plate that hurt 3x 15,then 15 minutes of cardio.Littleman

5-16 did high box squats (sore groin muscle) x3 435,485,525 seated good morning's 3x5 w 225 GHR 3x8 shoulder presses 3x5 w 185 then on to abs didn't realise how much groin muscles are involved with your training they are a pain in the butt.Littleman
