5-22 flat bench x3 330,355,375 then db ext x7 50,55,60,65,70,70, sit down rows 3x8 w 255 weighted dips w 70 3 x8 upright rows 3x8 w 100 abs on stab ball 3x12 w 25 plate.Littleman ps my partner wasn't there he has a back injury,missed him baddddd.

Very respectable numbers Len you still a 198? Anyway I know you’re shooting for that 400 Bench, few pointers if I may. Where is your weakness at? Reason for asking is for myself and Joey will contest to this. I am weak in the triceps and it’s always been my Achilles heel. So in return I have been really working the shit out of my Tri's, but I been keeping it at the right volume and not over training. I know you said your working out alone allot. But if you have a Smith Machine it’s a perfect platform for Floor Press and that exercise works! Just some input bro hope it all comes together and you hit your goal bro!

Appreciate the input I hit 400 last week finally,my partner is injured will be out atleast a week.Tric's are pretty strong,the real problem was in my head.I am still around 208 will compete in 198's for a while longer.THANK YOU for protecting our country and the rest of our brothers and sisters ya'll make it possible for us to have freedom.Littleman

5-23 thought I was ready for squats,groin muscle said uhuh.Did some shoulder work a little ab work,maybe next week getting old really sux injuries don't heal up as fast.Littleman

5-29 repeated last week bench wasn't happy about last week,but anyway bench x3 325.355,370 then 400x1 real easy this time low incline x5 225,275,300 dips 3x8 w 70 db exts x6 50,55,60,65,65,tbar rows 3x8 w135 abs 3x15 on ball,side rasies 3x12 body weight coming down 206 before workout.Littleman

5-30 high box squats again (damn groin muscle wan't heal) x3 455,500,540 pulls from 11 inch blocks x3 315 405 455,GHR 3x8 leg ext 2x10 w 140 db rows 3x5 w 140 upright rows 3x8 w 135 then abs.Forgot to mention on 5-29 chest workout did 255 for 15 reps at the end of bench.Littleman
