Good PR's Lynn I personally like the Incline Bench, I use it for an assistance exercise and been getting very good results with it.

I forgot to add that I also did 265x15 reps at the end of bench.I will start doing a little more reps for trying to tighten up for summer,thanx for the kind words just trying to be like Joey.Littleman

6-13 high box squats(leg is getting better maybe paralle next week) x5 315,365,405,455,500 GHR 3x8 leg curls 3x8 w 100 shoulder rasises 3x8 w 30db then abs.Leg is getting much better getting old really sux.Littleman
