6-20 still rehabing injuy did paralle squats 5x5 w 225 didn't hurt to bad,did deadlifts w trap bar like those 315x3,405x3,455x3,then 500x1,single leg press w no weight rehabing still 3x8 no pain about time,GHr 3x8 rev hypers 3x8 then shoulder raises 3x8 w 30 lb db then on to abs.Littleman

Lynn, does Jck allow 2ply stuff in his gym? I've heard he's all against it. You can't expect to hit bigger #'s in your shirt if your not getting your time in it. AC is just a little further to drive.

6-22 decline x3 315,345,385 seated dip machine 3x8 w 180,db rows x8 w 120 140 160 push downs x8 w 90,100,110,plate raises 3x10 w 45 plate.then abs got my bands in from EFT today will start doing rev.band benches,squats,and deadlifts next week.Littleman

awesome session, the bands are great today, i just got mine a couple months ago, been using them for speed work..already notice the improvement

Jack does not allow any equipment at all except wraps,not sure when I am going to start with shirt traing,been looking at new metal shirts,I will get up with Barry soon and try to catch a workout with him at AC.Right now still having fun.Littleman

6-26 started to handle some heavier weight today rev band benches w (green band) x3 385,415,440, x1 465,485 weight went better than I thought,dips w no weight 3x10,t-bar rows 4x6 w 190,nose breakers 5x6 90,100,110,110,120 face pulls 3x10 w 75,then abs roman twist 3x8 w 20 lb db,leg raises 3x8 w 45 lb db.Littleman

I would say so like the combo Lyn, good mix of chest and also the ab's as a finisher. That core is so important and allot of lifters forget how much you abdominals help.

6-27 thought my leg was better but not did some rev.band squats w green 405 3 sets of 3,then did rev band deadliftd w green 3 singles 500,550,600, then GHR 3x8,seated front raises 3x8 w 30 lb db,then alot of abs.Littleman
