6-29 quick workout floor presses x3 320,350,370 db rows x6 120,140,160,160,db ext x6 50,55,60,60 shrugs 3x8 w 405 then abs.Littleman Got to love them shrugs baby!....

7-3 Raw Bench x5 275,315,340,then 385x2 low incline x5 225,275,315(PR) dips no weight 5x8,db ext 3x8 w 55 ,tbar rows 3x8 w 180,front raises 3x8 w 40 lb db, abs 5x10 on ghr no weight,body weight is at 210 again finally.Littleman

7-4 Did power cleans for the first time in years did 5x3 w155,185,195,205,225,then deadlifts 3x1 w 455 getting tired,GHR 3x8 pullups close 3x8 then alot of abs.Littleman

Lynn Power Cleans I use to do those and I tell you they are brutal. But if speed is want your wanting or just a short full body workout they rock. Reason I got away from them is they work against my chest movement, so I had to adapted a bit. Never the less Lynn you have been throwing some good stuff in your training I hope it is working out for you.

7-6 what could go wrong went wrong,got there felt great had good sleep,but forgot my gym bag worked out in street clothes anyway,Flat db's x5 105 120 135 135,incline flys x6 60 70 80 80 pushdowns with straight bar 5x8 100,tbar rows close grip 3x8 w 135,then abs.Littleman PS next time will be better
