Sooo... hows the new suit working? Looks good from here. Going well Greg. My first experience in multi-ply was a very, very pleasurable one - thanks again for your help - it appeared to be a great combination. I was really worried when I first got the suit on, pulled the straps up, and tried to squat down. Needless to say, it bent me forward in a bad way. But, once I put a load on my back, it was like sitting back into Mama's arms. I just hope that I can keep my enthusiasm under control.

Speed Squat / Deadlift 5/10/07
Below parallel box squats against green bands w/ 275 bar weight x 9 x 2 / 305 x 2 / 335 x 2. Reverse band sumo speed pulls (50 lb deload at bottom) 405 bar weight for 8 singles / 435 x 1 / remove bands 435 x 1. Blue band pull thrus - 3 sets of 15. Spread eagle abs - 12 / 20 Pick up a dumbell (60) to the chest, twist and set it on a high bench (reverse hyper in our case) and then pick it back up off the bench and twist back to the front and sit it on the floor - I saw these on the Elite Fitness Lift Strong CD except they were done with a kettlebell - 2 sets of 10 to each side. These are killer, well, they're killer for us old guys!
