Raw warmups - Bar / 135 / 225 / 275 / 315 Raw to 3 boards - 340 x 3 Shirted to 2 boards - 375 x 3 / 415 x 1 Shirted to 1 board - 440 x 1 (pr) / 450 x 1 (nudder pr) Blue band pushdowns - 5 sets of 12 Wide grip pulldowns - 10 / 10 / 8 Blue band shrugs - 3 sets of 12

ME Squat 8/12/07
Had a crowd in Hickory today - Nine (9) people squatting on the monolift! It went pretty smoothly though - everyone got their lifts in and we have time for some accessory / supplemental work. Lots of prs! Thanks to everyone that showed up and helped out. Squat w/ Ace suit straps down and no briefs and no wraps - 140 / 250 / 340 / 430 / 520. Straps down w/ wraps - 590 x 1 Full armor - 640 x 1 / 700 x 1 / 630 x 1. Blue band pull thrus - 3 sets of 12. Stiff legged deads off 4" platform - 275 x 2 set of 8. Hamstring curl ups - 1 set of 25 w/ bodyweight.

Speed Bench 8/14/07
Raw 1 board presses w/ 260 bar weight w/ 3 second pauses on boards - 5 triples. 115 bar weight + doubled minis (for speed) to the chest for 4 triples. Weighted dips (90 lbs) for 3 sets of 10. Front raises - 2 sets. Side laterals - 2 sets. Bar against doubled light supine rows to chest (pulling bar into bench groove against bands) - 3 sets of 10. Blue band shrugs - 1 set of 15.

Speed Squat / Deadlift 8/15/07
Below parallel box squats w/ SS Bar w/ doubled light bands and 270 bar weight - 9 doubles. Speed pulls against tripled minis w/ 135 bar weight - 2 singles; 185 bar weight - 3 singles; 225 bar weight - 2 singles. Reverse hypers - 3 sets of 10. Hamstring curl ups holding 60 lb db against my chest - 3 sets of 10.
Maxson trained with Kurt and I tonight. Great workout in the garage!

Strange night tonight. Tried out the new Ginny's bench shirt - much too loose, but I gave it a shot for awhile before going back to my Katana. Raw bench - 135 / 225 / 275 / 315 Ginny's shirt to 3 board - 345 x 3 / 375 x 3 Ginny's shirt to chest - 405 x 0 (much too loose). Katana to 3 boards - 405 x 4. Katana to 4 boards - 450 x 2 / 495 x 2. Blue band pushdowns - 5 sets of 12. One arm row machine - 3 sets of 10 to each side. Shrug machine - 1 set of 10 w/ 6 plates; 2 sets of 10 w/ 10 plates. 2 ply shirts are just very hard for me to learn - I hope that I have enough time left on this earth to do so..
