Joey i hope its sooner than later. D-man yeah its working out well, we will see how it goes.
So after a 2 week hiatius, and hellaious travel and work schedule, i got back into the gym and hit it up tonight. Although i went and looked for skinny mans gym in augusta.... It seemed non existent. Im gonna call tomorrow. So in wussy ass golds: Bench 4x6 Incline Jabs 3x5 Lat raises 4x10 Nose breakers 5-4-3-2-1 Lat pushes 4x10 tri extn 4x10

Well its been a while, Had to travel to Nashville, TN for some meetings and then i started training again this week at Tee meyers gym. And its a PL gym good group of guys, typical hole in the wall gym so... Monday Upper Bench 3x6 2BD 2x3 3BD 1x2 pull downs 6x6 Behind the neck Xtn 4x6 Rope push dwns 4x6 Rows 3x8 incline dbell stabs 4x6
Tues Light Shoulder rehab
Thurs @ Stratiform DL sumo style 4x3 Tire flipping Sled pulling/pushing/dragging Leg press 2x8 leg curl 3x8 Good mornings 3x8 AB
Im lucky enough to work for a Co. that takes numerous holidays off, This being flag day is one of them. So i decided i needed to have some time off so I can come back Train with good ppl and see family, plus its Fathers day so ..... Gotta go Fly fishing with my pops, I always look forward to that, its a good bonding experince.
After assessing the gym that Tee runs i think I might be traveling to Columbia to train with bartley 2x a week...... Not sure that his is my cup of tee, plus hes extremley old school............

Things seem to be going well.... I hit a road block.. I need to keep this shit up so i can continue to roll big.....Im wanting to do the august meet, B/C as soon as deer season starts its off season training for me......
Im off all week of the 4th, i cant wait to train with the boys/girls at stratiform that week. Its good to get home....
Tee myers is an awesome person to lift with. Hes is crazy!! likes to cut up and can carry on a good conversation, he is really motivational and is willing to give/take tips and help out at anytime. His gym is truly a hole in the wall but a great place in the Ghetto to lift lol.......

Well another busy week and a flub up...
Monday ME LOWER Pulls sumo 135x5 225x5 315x5 405x1 495x1 550x1 then all hell broke loose, attempting 575 i rolled my quad up.... I had a slight muscle tear or pull... I had to hang it up for the day and the week.
It was enough that i knew i needed to stop but not enuff to put me out for a while. after a week of heat and ice and motrin im back in the game, probaly weaker that pond water but im off all week and ill be at Stratiform trying to roll big, but its gonna be more like medium....

Was a good workout and felt good about everything. Hamstrings and low back were shot, but thats a good thing..
